I was born July 30 in Wichita, Kansas. I was raised by my grandmother who taught me how to be strong and fight for what I believe in. I resided to the DFW area to make a better life for myself. Everyday was a struggle for me but I dealt with it the best way that I knew how. Writing this book is a blessing. It has given me the chance to share my story with the world. I know there are people that will relate to my story because they have either been there before or they are going through it at this very moment. If my story can help one person I know that I have done what I am suppose to do. I make God the center of my life and I know that he is always first and he will bless me in ways that I can't begin to imagine. I knew that I had to write this book not only to help me but to also help other young women goin through the same situations. I want them to know that they have a chance in life and there is always something greater in life for them they do not have to settle for less then what they want.
